Esim. sähköosilla testaaminen tai paikoillaan käyttäminen katkaisee palautusoikeuden. Palautus on tehtävä 100 vrk sisällä toimituksesta.
Takuu
Takuuajan pituus vaihtelee tuoteryhmittäin, merkeittäin ja tuotteittain. Takuu koskee vain ja ainaostaan tuotetta ja sen mahdollisia raaka-aine ja valmistusvirheitä. Ulkopuolisen tekijän vioittamia tuotteita emme korvaa. Viallisesta tuotteesta on on oltava viipymättä yhteydessä asiakaspalveluumme, mahdollisten lisävahinkojen ja -kulujen välttämiseksi.
