The seller of online store products is Auton.fi/Erikoiskaupat Oy (Ltd), business ID 28361385. We sell products to individual persons who are over 18 years old and companies.
Pricing of products in public trading is based on consumer pricing. All prices in the web shop are displayed in Euro. The prices of the products include value-added tax (determined by Finnish legislation).
We reserve the right to cancel the deal, if there is an error in balance, product information, pricing or price list. If the delivery incorrectly contains product that are not ordered, customer must return product without delay according to the instructions of our customer service at no charge.
We reserve the right to change prices, delivery costs and terms of delivery without prior notice. The numbers and information appearing in the online store are for reference and we shall not be held liable for any errors, inaccuracies, deficiencies or other effects, delays or lack of correctness contained in the online store. The product installer is always responsible for the suitability or correctness of product to be installed
Ordering of products
Products are ordered by selecting the product and number of items from our online store, and the selected products are added to the shopping chart. Orders are confirmed to a valid email address notified by the customer. The order confirmation includes the products ordered, the price of the order, and shipping costs.
The customer agrees valid terms of delivery during each order. By registering, you can check your status through My Account.
Delivery and freight costs
9.90 €. Regular shipping: Delivery time 4 – 7 working days.
39.90 €. Fast shipping: Delivery time 1 – 3 working days.
(The transportation time of shipment depends on the package and the address country. Possible customs handling is not included in the delivery time estimates.)
Some products that require special shipping, such as batteries, cannot be delivered outside Finland.
The transport company is responsible for shipping. If the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation, please contact the shipping company. Your order and tracking number will be emailed to you at the latest on the day of shipment and, if necessary, also from our customer service. If the shipment of the order is delayed, we shall strive to notify you it as soon as possible. If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, you must notify our customer service team. A notification of an incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

The payment takes place at the Paytrail payment service by credit card of your choice.

Paytrail Plc is a licensed payment institution authorized by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Paytrail Plc (business ID 2228397) acts as a payment intermediary and is the provider of the payment service in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information. Paytrail Plc will show as the recipient of the payment on bank statement or card invoice, and Paytrail Plc forwards the payment to the merchant.
